I have always been drawn to complexity.

 

Not complexity for its own sake, but the kind that hides potential and remains unresolved.

Over the years, I have built experience across strategy, transformation and technology, working on initiatives that required both clear direction and practical implementation. This has shaped my understanding of how complex initiatives are structured and what it takes to make them work in practice.

In many organizations, projects struggle not due to a lack of effort, but because of unclear structure, misalignment, and missing direction.

 

The focus is on bringing clarity where there is uncertainty and structure where things feel fragmented.

This also includes making practical use of new technologies such as AI, applied where they create real value and support better decisions.
